Master SN2 reactions by lining up a nucleophile for a true backside attack while balancing steric hindrance, leaving groups, and solvent effects. Explore interactive 3D molecules, see real-time stereochemical inversion, and tune conditions to lower the energy barrier. How to play:Choose a level or enter Lab Mode to focus on a specific reaction scenario.
Rotate the substrate to expose the backside and align the approach for an SN2 attack.

Manage steric hindrance by choosing appropriate substrates and smaller, stronger nucleophiles.
