How to use:Download and install, then sign in with email or continue as guest to create your first profile.

Log activities by tapping Add Session, select sport type, input distance or reps, attach notes or video, and save.
Review insights in Analytics to see trends, load, and recovery suggestions, and apply AI recommendations to your upcoming plan.
For teams, create a team space, add players, publish schedules, track attendance, and share announcements or reports.
Customize modules in Settings to enable only the tools you need, connect wearables or calendars, set reminders, and turn on cloud backup for cross device sync.
